Construction Is Underway!

Construction has finally begun on the Amphitheater. By July 1, 2003, the Cultural Park is scheduled to be completed. In addition to the Amphitheater, the Park will contain an educational fountain with the names of African Americans engraved around its borders. The engravings will also contain the names of donors.
